How does the 750 L free propane offer work?
The up to 750 L free propane is provided as a litres credit starting with your first scheduled delivery after tank installation. If not fully used, any remaining litres are applied to your subsequent deliveries until the full amount is reached. This allows you to start saving right from your first fill.
What does it mean to lock in my propane price until 2028?
When you enroll, your propane price is fixed at a rate confirmed by your local Avenir Energy branch and remains in effect until August 31, 2028. This helps protect you from market fluctuations and makes your energy costs more predictable.
Carbon pricing charges are not included in the fixed price.
What is automatic delivery, and why is it required?
Automatic delivery uses tank monitoring and usage tracking to schedule deliveries before your tank runs low. This service is required as part of the plan to support consistent supply and eligibility for features like the No Run Out Guarantee. It also means you don’t need to request deliveries manually.
What happens if I run out of propane?
The plan includes a No Run Out Guarantee, which uses proactive delivery management to help prevent run-outs. If a qualifying run-out occurs due to a delivery issue on Avenir Energy’s side, you may receive priority emergency delivery and coverage for required safety inspections and system maintenance costs, in accordance with program terms.
Is switching from another propane supplier complicated?
For customers switching providers, Avenir Energy offers a free tank swap, subject to site conditions and installation requirements. The team will coordinate installation and guide you through the process to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
