We offer flexible delivery options for refilling your propane tanks. Whether you want us to manage your delivery schedule or let us know when you need your tank refilled, the choice is yours!

Order Propane

Automatic Delivery

With convenient automatic propane delivery, we’ll manage your deliveries by factoring in your usage, propane-powered appliances and equipment. We use wireless tank monitors to track your tank levels and help schedule your next refill, and you can too through the Otodata’s Nee-vo App on your smartphone.

Order by Request

Looking to manage your own delivery schedule? Order by request by giving us a call or requesting a propane tank refill online. We recommend placing an order when your tank level reaches 20%, and we’ll be able to deliver your propane within 7-10 days. If you need it faster, we can usually accommodate (sometimes with an extra fee) depending on the season.

Tank Monitoring

Tank monitors allow us to track your real time tank levels and plan your next refill with greater accuracy. You can also track your real time tank levels too, through the Nee-vo Otodata App on your smartphone. Download the app and register your monitor using the 9-digit activation code on the side of it. View the level of your tank and usage anytime, anywhere, as well as create customized level alerts.
