My Account
The My Account portal gives a business a clear, ongoing record of account balance, delivery invoices, and service invoices in one place — useful when a payment needs to be verified or an invoice needs to be pulled for accounting. A bank account or credit card can be linked for secure payments, saved for future use, and managed anytime, from anywhere.
Online Banking
Avenir can be added as a payee through most online banking platforms, using the account number provided on the invoice — a familiar process for any business that already pays vendors this way.
Cheque Payments
Cheques can be dropped off at a local branch or mailed in. Every invoice includes a remittance address, so there's no guesswork about where a payment needs to go.
In Person
Bills can be paid in person at a local branch using cash, cheque, debit, or credit card — a direct option for businesses that prefer a face-to-face transaction or a same-day resolution.

How do I pay my Avenir propane bill?
Four ways. Through the My Account portal, through online banking by adding Avenir as a payee with the account number from an invoice, by cheque dropped at a branch or mailed to the remittance address on the invoice, or in person at a local branch.
Can I pay a propane bill with a credit card?
Yes, in person at a local branch, where cash, cheque, debit and credit card are all accepted. For recurring payments most business accounts use the My Account portal or online banking.
Where do I find my account number?
It is printed on every invoice. That same number is what online banking asks for when adding Avenir as a payee, and it identifies the account inside the My Account portal.
Can I see my delivery history and balance online?
Yes. My Account shows the current balance, delivery invoices and payment history together, so fuel spend can be reconciled without calling a branch for a statement.
How is my propane price determined?
The rate reflects wholesale cost, how far the fuel travels from production in western Canada, seasonal demand and the volume on the account. It is also why a per-litre rate quoted for one site does not carry to another, and why commercial accounts are priced on measured usage instead of a list price.
