Through My Account you can view your account details, such as account balance, auto delivery method, tank level, recent deliveries and service calls. How to get started on My Account

Email Invitation

Once your account is set up with Avenir Energy, you will receive an email from noreply@avenirenergy.ca inviting you to set your password for My Account and finalize the registration process.
 
Please note that we require your email address to send you an email invite to register for My Account. If you have an account with Avenir Energy and haven’t received an email invite from us, please check your spam folder.

Set a Password

Once you’ve accepted the invitation you will be prompted to set a password for My Account.

My Account Dashboard

View your account details, such as account balance, auto delivery method, tank level, recent deliveries and service calls. Add a payment method to make secure payments and save for future use.

Manage Payment Methods

My Account offers a secure method to link your bank account or add a credit card to make payments. Once your payment method is added, you can save it for future use, such as equal monthly budget payments or equipment financing.

Link Your Bank Account

Stripe allows our customers to link their bank account to verify it for future payments.

Add a Credit Card

Enter your credit card information to pay a bill and save it for future payments.

By clicking Pay Now, you are simply confirming card details and not making a payment.

Payments

Once you’ve added a payment method, you can pay your balance through My Account. Choose the payment method you’d like to use, then select the amount you would like to pay and click process payment.

The payment amount will default to the full balance owing; however, you may change the amount if you’d like.

Budget Billing

To make budgeting easier, we offer interest-free equal monthly payments spread out evenly over 12 months. With predictable, manageable payments. Set up automatic payments from your bank account, or credit card. No surprises, just peace of mind. We review your consumption to ensure that your equal monthly payments will cover your propane costs for the year and will work with you to make changes depending on increases or decreases in usage.

E-billing

Make the eco-friendly and secure choice to go paperless, and receive your invoices sent to the email of your choice. Quick, convenient and green!

Fixed Pricing

Looking to protect your energy expenses from fluctuating price increases. Lock-in your propane price for the heating season with Avenir Energy’s fixed pricing option.  Our Fixed Price plan allows you to purchase your propane at a competitively priced fixed rate. No deposit. No surprises.
