Avenir Energy is Now Your Propane Supplier!

Dear Valued Customers,

We are thrilled to announce that as of December 1st, 2024, Avenir Energy Ltd. is your new propane supplier. Thank you for your patience during the transition delay of your account from Parkland. Your current delivery schedule, pricing, equipment, and service agreements have been transferred to Avenir Energy. If you order by request, we encourage you to place orders as you normally would by calling your local branch or ordering online.

Key Account Updates:

• My Account Portal: If you have an email added to your account, you will receive an email invite from noreply@avenirenergy.ca the week of Dec 9th to set your password for My Account and finalize the registration process. Once you accept the invitation, you will be prompted to set a login password. Once registered, you can view your account balance, delivery locations, pay your bills, manage payment methods, as well as view your delivery and service history. Multiple users can also be added to My Account. We make managing your account simple and convenient.
• Payments: My Account offers a secure method to add a bank account or credit card to pay your bills. Once your payment method is added, you can use it for future bill payments, as well as pre-authorized budget, full-balance, or equipment financing payments. If you pay through online banking, you can add Avenir Energy Ltd. as a payee using your account # listed above. If you pay by cheque, a remittance address will be located on your first invoice with Avenir Energy. Avenir Energy will invoice for all propane services you receive from December 1st onwards.
• Avenir Energy will not be processing pre-authorized payments in December. Customers on pre-authorized budget payments will resume in January with the skipped December payment spread out over the remaining 8 months (Jan- Aug) of the budget. Equipment financing payments will remain the same with an extra month added to the term, to offset the skipped December payment.
